May is Mental Health Month with activities and resources surrounding understanding emotions, what do with big and small emotions–for parents and kids!

- Emotions Sorting Boxes
- Emotional Story Puppets
- Meet Meebie the Therapy Doll
- Mindfulness Tonies Guided Meditations
- Plus activities in Sproutside gardens like emotion stones, positive affirmations and calming nature!
All activities are included with general admission of $8/per person or free for EBT/WIC cardholders up to 4 people with photo ID!
