What Do I Do With My Emotions?

May 13 @ 4:30 pm - 5:15 pm

An Interactive Session for emotional identification for kids and parents! General admission of $8, come early and play! Limited spots, so please call to pre-register: 810-767-5437

Session #1: “What are you going to do about it?!” focuses on emotional regulation. Through fun exercises and discussion we will learn about how our feelings are natural, normal and harmless, and if that’s true then why can lead to so much trouble? The purpose is to empower children and parents to take action their own behalf and learn ways to strike a good balance between thinking and feeling so we can stay happy and healthy.
